You can easily navigate between months using the month tabs displayed at the top of the calendar view. Simply click on any month name (January through December) to view that month's calendar. Each calendar shows the complete Panchangam details for every day, including Tithi, Nakshatra, Masa, Durmuhurtam, and Varjyam timings. You can also switch between years using the year selector in the header to plan ahead or look back at previous years.
The calendar uses several indicators to provide quick information: A filled circle (●) indicates Amavasya (new moon day), while an empty circle (○) shows Pournami (full moon day). Each date displays the Telugu Masam name, Tithi with paksha indicator (S for Sukla Paksha, K for Krishna Paksha), Nakshatra with end time, and inauspicious timings abbreviated as "దు." for Durmuhurtam and "వ." for Varjyam. Click on any date to see complete Panchangam details for that day.
Telugu months (Masam) are based on the lunar calendar and don't align perfectly with Gregorian calendar months. A Telugu month typically spans portions of two Gregorian months. For example, Chaitra Masam might begin in mid-March and continue into mid-April. This is why you'll see different Masam names throughout a Gregorian month. The Telugu month changes when a new moon occurs, marking the beginning of a new lunar month.
To find auspicious dates, browse the monthly calendar and look for specific Tithis known to be favorable for your purpose. For example, Ekadasi (11th Tithi), Pournami (full moon), and certain Nakshatras are considered auspicious. Avoid dates showing extensive Durmuhurtam or Varjyam periods. For major life events like weddings or housewarming ceremonies, it's recommended to consult the Muhurtam page or a qualified astrologer who can consider your personal birth chart along with the Panchangam.
